Liquid salad anyone?

Okay, that doesn't sound super appetizing but hear me out. You get the benefit of all the fruits and veggies without having to spend thirty minutes chewing on it. Winning 👌 🌱
Recipe:
2 cups of spinach
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp flax meal
Place everything in a high speed blender, blend and enjoy!
