Recently I have been drinking this smoothie on a daily basis! It is packed with greens, anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals. This smoothie tastes healthy, but you can't taste the celery or the spinach much.
Ingredients:
1 banana
2 cups baby spinach
juice of 1 lemon
2 apple
1 celery stalk
slice of ginger
1/2 cup water
Blend everything until smooth.
(250 calories)
